Who are we?

We are a small, close knit team who work alongside the wonderful people at Range of Motion and Inner City Fitness, where our two locations are currently located. Our clinics are essentially two fully equipped functional training gyms with a whole lot of space and equipment suited to treating athletes as well as the general population.

We are passionate about empowering our clients through education, corrective movements and strength and conditioning principles and prefer to develop lasting relationships with our clients who we tend to see coming back as needed over the years.

We get excited about taking these clients further than just the rehab of their pain or injury that they initially come to see us for, and love to help them to level up, either in their baseline level of health, function and lifestyle habits, or in their performance in their sport.

We value evidence based practice and continued learning, with weekly in house professional developments as well as outside learning from experts in the Physiotherapy field as well as specialists in the fitness and coaching world.

We all push to progress the profession and promotion of health to the community. We have an abundance mindset where the sharing of knowledge and science to improve the health and happiness of everyone around us is a constant priority.

Your future West Perth office!

Your future Osborne Park office!

Who are you?

You are someone who wants to work in a very active environment, with the space and facilities to work with athletes, train people to become stronger, as well as train yourself!

You believe that musculoskeletal and sports Physiotherapy needs to have an approach that encompasses all the tools in our metaphorical toolbox, based on the person we see in front of us. This may look like a Strength & Conditioning approach, or it may look more like a manual therapy and education approach.

You use an evidence based, as well as an evidence informed approach if you need to think outside the box for the individual needs of your client.

You believe that mindset and behaviour needs to be addressed with your clients to empower them and allow them to make sustainable changes.

You are a social person who would love to stop for a chat to the members and coaches at Range of Motion/Inner City, as well as create connections with other fitness professionals around Perth.

You love to learn and develop yourself in your practice, as well as other areas of your life, including your own fitness, health and mindset.

You are organised, reliable, able to follow systems and like to work independently.

You are adaptable to changes and ongoing improvements made in a business, and are comfortable with social media and using and learning new technologies.
