Group & Semi-Private info & Timetable

We offer semi-private and group Physio sessions designed to rehab injuries, improve your strength, flexibility and balance in a supportive and social environment.

These are great as a longer term exercise rehab option if you prefer to stick with Physiotherapy guidance, or as stepping stone between your 1:1 Physiotherapy consultations to get you back to your usual sport, training or life activities!


We offer 3 levels of group consultation depending on the level of support you need.

Semi - Private Sessions | 1:2 People

These are booked ad hoc once you have seen us for a few 1:1 sessions and are capped at 2 people. We will generally try to pair you with someone with similar issues and will modify the session as required depending on your needs.

Small Group Sessions | 1:3-5 People

Our small group sessions have between 3 - 5 people and are designed for people with similar issues who require less support and attention than our semi-private sessions, we will modify and individualise exercises as required for your needs.

We have a few semi regular group sessions each week which are explained in more detail below. You can also book these sessions online. The length of these sessions will generally depend on the group numbers but are between 45-60mins generally.

  • MON 8am in WEST PERTH

    FRI 8am in WEST PERTH

    This small group session focuses more on strength and movement and is designed for bodies through he ages using weights and machines in the gym.

    If you need to add more resistance based training to your routine, or you want to improve your ability to do things like getting up and down off the ground, step down off high steps or get out of the pool this is for you!

    This class is also great for women post menopause who need to add more weight bearing exercise to improve bone density.

  • WED: 10am in OSBORNE PARK

    A blend of gymnastics, like handstands and rings, and flexibility training to achieve movements like front and side splits.

  • Fri: 6.45am

    This small group session focuses on strength and injury rehab specifically for runners.

    Includes things like:

    - Mobility and stretches for runners
    - Single leg strength and control
    - Pelvic floor control for runners
    - Plyometrics for tendon injury rehab

Classes | 1:6-10 People

These are for larger groups (up to 10 people) and run in more of a class style. We are still to modify to some extent but if you require more individual attention we recommend the semi-private and group rehab sessions. Check the stars and more details for difficulty rating (more ✪ = higher difficulty).

  • WED: 6pm in WEST PERTH

    A class blending breathwork, yoga style stretching combined with strength, balance and inversions (like handstands and headstands) for those who want to.

    Difficulty: This is an intermediate to advanced class for those who want to push their mobility and push themselves with more challenging movements and poses.

  • MON: 6pm in WEST PERTH

    This class involves a blend of mindful movement, breathing, and exercises with our Physio Lorena

    Exercises include similar movements to Pilates, yoga and functional training, with our own Physio take on them.

    Difficulty: This is a beginner to intermediate level class for those who struggle with flexibility and mobility!
