Online Physio FAQ

  • This will be good for you if:

    • You need an exercise rehab program that is updated and progressed regularly as you improve, but you don’t necessarily need to see us face to face each time.

    • You already have a good understanding about training or have the support from another coach who we can liaise with.

    • You would like to have a bit more support and accountability while working through your exercises or rehab plan outside of face-to-face sessions.

  • • You can sign up at any time once you have had an initial assessment and have been set up with a Physiapp treatment and exercise plan.

    • If you live remotely this can be an online (telehealth) consultation.

    • Physiapp is our app based exercise programming software which we use to deliver exercise programs, communicate back and forth with you and to track your progress.

    • To continue on this membership you will need to see us for a face-to-face or telehealth consultation at least once every 6 weeks.

    These can be short (15min) online consultations or in clinic appointments.

  • • With all of our online Physio subscriptions you will also get complimentary gym access as well as weekly check ins to keep you accountable and offer support.

    • You are able to message your Physiotherapist at anytime with questions and they will aim to get back to you within one of their working days.

    • Most check ins will be done via Physiapp so it is important to tick off your programs and let your Physio know how you are going so they know what changes need to be made for the following week.

  • • Our online Physio programs and gym access is subscription based. Please view the table for pricing options.

    • Your subscription will be automatically charged to your card weekly until you cancel which you can do via the payment confirmation email you will get sent each week.

    • You can cancel or put your membership on hold whenever you like, however we do not give refunds if your payment has already gone through for the following week. We require a minimum of 2 weeks for subscriptions.

    • If you would just like a one-off exercise program without the accountability and weekly progressions then we have a separate fee for this. Please enquire about this separately.

  • If you have already had an assessment, either online or in person and have discussed online programming with your Physio you can sign up straight away via the buttons above.

    If you have not had an initial consult you’ll need to first book an initial assessment, either online or face to face.



BASIC - GYM ACCESS ONLY

If you only require gym access and plan to see your Physio face to face for your rehab programming and exercise progressions then you can just sign up for basic gym access. This gives you access to ALL our locations so you can have access across the city throughout your membership.

 

ESSENTIALS - LEVEL 1:

1 extensive rehab program or 2 shorter sessions per week.

Session may include a warm up, a circuit of rehab exercises and cool down exercises. In some cases you might repeat this same session 2-3x week.

This would be good for one injury or more simple issues, or if you would like an accessory or specific warm up program to use alongside your usual exercises.

This level would also cover very simple programming across a whole week, for example for very acute or chronic pain, or for small habit tracking where you might only do 1 - 2 exercises or activities each day, with the goal being consistency and accountability.

PLUS - LEVEL 2

2 extensive rehab programs or 2 - 3 shorter sessions per week.

Sessions may include a warm up, a circuit of rehab exercises and cool down exercises. In some cases you might repeat the same session 2-3x week.

This would be good for 2 separate injuries, more general strength/balance/mobility training or if you just want or need more variation in your exercises each week.

This could also be used for basic or early return to sport or general exercise programs if you don’t require as much variation as LEVEL 3.



PREMIUM - LEVEL 3:

3 extensive rehab or exercise sessions per week. Sessions may include a warm up, a circuit of rehab exercises and cool down exercises.

This would suit multiple or complex injuries, full return to sport or training programs, or for those who like to have a complete and varied program in their week where they aren’t doing any other training programs.

For example this would be suitable for a CrossFit athlete or rugby player returning to competition after an injury where a lot of movements need to be covered.

It would also suit someone who was getting back into exercise after time off and needed a lot of extra help in knowing what to do at the gym!


Gym Access FAQ

  • • Yes! As long as you are seeing us for Physiotherapy treatment and have a current subscription ($15 / week or an online Physio subscription) you will be able to access the gyms.

    • Once you have been discharged or have completed your Physiotherapy treatment plan with us you are welcome to sign up separately with any of the gyms.

  • • You can come in whenever there is a Physio or coach on premises. Please check our opening hours and book prior to coming so that we know to look out for you or let you know of any changes.

    • The opening hours vary across each location so please check before booking.

  • • There will certain times that a Physio will be onsite and able to supervise, however at times they may be with a client and unavailable for direct supervision.

    • When you sign up we will send you a message via our business Whatsapp which you can use for any quick questions or emergencies.

    • We also have a great relationship with the friendly and experienced coaches at each gym who will be able to help you with certain gym specific questions.

    • Please let us know if you would prefer to come in when a Physio is onsite and we can let you know what times these are.
